I'm not familiar with VPN Manager - this sounds like a third-party add-on. Please submit the requested log(s).

As it's LE specific, questions on it should be posted on the relevant thread in the LE forum (it's a sticky in their addons section). There's a link to his repo on GitHub in the first post of that thread.

I'm not sure what you mean - that your RPi is now using 80% memory, or that it has 80% free (and that it had more or less free before)? How are you measuring free/used memory? How much memory did your RPi have with #0524, #0529 and #0607? Is your device an RPi0/RPi1 or RPi2/RPi3/RPi3+? Do you see this difference immediately after booting, or some time later (possible memory leak)?
Why are you rolling back to #0524 and not #0529 - there are changes in #0528 and #0529 that could potentially affect Kodi memory consumption, and both builds pre-date the mega package bump.
These are the memory stats reported bybcmstat.sh

What add-ons do you have installed? Can you test with a "clean".kodi
(ie. without addons)?

I'm not sure what change in #0528 would cause the playmedia error - this would really be best answered by the add-on maintainer but apparently he's not interested in helping.
Any chance you could enable debug logging and resubmit the #0524 and #0528 logs as that might include more clues leading up to this error, and maybe someone will have an idea leading to a fix.
Or not, in which case this add-on can remain broken until Kodi 19 is released, and maybe then the maintainer will decide to get involved...

I don't have an exfat formatted drive (is this what you are using?) but plugging in an USB drive formatted with NTFS is working fine with #0604:

So the problem is since the #0530
I only have 20% left of free ram on all builds starting to the #0530 and all the others (included the latest) - it happen at the boot / reboot, no app lauch at all
i don't change anything with apps installed, so it's very likely a build issue somewhere
I'm on RBPI3, when i launch your command "bcmstat.sh" i don't have all the details with mem free / used
can you do a build #0608 with no megabump PR? i will be able to check if it's the problem like i think so.
