helloo all
i have been using the YouTube add on in its vanilla configuration since i have been using xbmc. recently i have updated to 18.5 and all worked well on all my machines until Tuesday night.
now i get an error to configure the add on and that project 294899064488 the project is scheduled for deletion.
i uninstalled the YouTube add on and re-installed the latest version it to no avail.
what happened and what should i do?
thank you in advance
Best regards to all

hello all
i have read the above posts, and tried to follow the links with no results. i am not a programmer nor an IT savvy person. As i go to the links i get to a dashboard with no reference to the steps mentioned. beginning to be frustrated with this process.
Can some one please assist
Thank you
Best regards to all

Don't know if posted or mentioned so far, but here is an easy and temp fix for now
Click on 'settings' -> add-ons -> my add-ons -> video add-ons -> YouTube.
Click the 'configure' button.
Highlight 'API' on the left. You will now see some settings on the right. Turn OFF 'Enable personal API keys' if it is enabled. A setting called 'Use preset API key set' will appear. Click the up/down arrows until it says '5'. Click OK. Enjoy you-tube until that set of keys are disabled.
