Which logs should I look at for troubleshooting? Where are they located?

You must check/provide a Debug log. In order to do that, enable Debug logging in Kodi system settings, enable Debug logging in NBA add-on settings, and then try to reproduce the issue.

Once you "succeed", locate the Debug log on your machine (https://howtomediacenter.com/en/how-to-c...-log-file/), mask your e-mail and password in the log (find and replace all occurrences), and share the log with me in PM or here publicly.

i have problem just with no audio on live games....at the moment i watch houston vs sacramento but all feeds are without audio...

Such issue has been reported already, please follow the thread.

Additionally: Please make your reports thorough - no one will be able to help not knowing the device you use and not having any debug log.

Im using two systems
Android - Kodi --> no audio problem (mi box s)
Coreelec --> works nice (generic tvbox)

But I noticed that at specific times when i go live the match hasnt started 
To watch I have to FF the content but i loss the audio.

An example: 
the sixers game (4th q) is just beginning 

I think is a problem with the clock
With the lasts games of the day there's no problem

Which version of Coreelec are you using? I can't make it work on mine since the start of the new season (worked fine until last season)

Im using the latest one (9.2.5)
My device a generic tvbox with an amlogic s905x
I did a fresh install.
Works like a charm today, lets see if the clock problem persists later.

Question for everyone. On what devices are you able to get real 60 fps at 1080? With this I mean, if you activate debugging mode, you can see FPS in the top left of the screen.
For me, I only get stable 60 fps on my computer. Both my Pi4 and my S905 tv box can't keep up, for some reason. 
If you want to test it, use some game that you know it's actually 1080/60. Christmas games should be good for that (I used Celtics-Nets for example)

I think you can get that on every device if there is such stream (cannot recall any such game in this new season at the moment, probably Christmas games have it). But! In order to have it, I think you should change inputstream.adaptive settings: enable Ignore Display Resolution (& set Stream Selection to Manually select video stream).

I guess you are really interested in this matter, so please provide feedback on suggested actions.

OK, Thanks. I need to figure out why Go LIVE does not work for me Will look into debug logs. If I cannot figure out, will post logs

Its fireTV and kodi 18.5 and it seems that the error is -

One line does not bring any relevant information. Upload the whole debug log.

Thanks Kokan. I checked the version of inputstream.adaptive and it was 2.4.2 for Kodi 18.5.

I upgraded Kodi to 18.9 and that changed the IS.A version to 2.4.6 and it fixed the earlier problem of not being able to play live stream.
And now I am seeing the same problem of no audio as reported - https://github.com/maxgalbu/xbmc.plugin....issues/109 and https://github.com/peak3d/inputstream.ad...issues/580. I will watch those issues and provide any updates or logs as needed there when peak3d has time to look into it.
I was thinking of trying the latest IS.A that is built for matrix (2.6.6) but not sure if it will screw things up further and don't know how to update it either

Hi,

First of all thanks a lot for maintaining this addon!
With the latest release you have provided I have been able to remove the error 200 i was getting, like other people.
Unfortunately I keep receiving HTTP 401 Unauthorized error everytime I try to access any game or actually any content.
I live outside the US, and i am able to view everything in the Official App with my currently active subscription, from the same network where my Raspberry with Kodi is.
Does anyone else have this error in return?

@blindmetaller Are you maybe using a VPN? I got a similar problem, but for some reason when i use the official app on my ipad with a vpn (just play some game for a second) and then turn on kodi with a vpn there it works. If i dont do this, than it will give me the same error. But dont ask me why this happens.

I made a newer version of my fork that now also allows the automatic generation of playlists of a range of gamedays for continuous playback. They can be enabled and personalized in the settings menu. A little more info I put here, otherwise just experiment or ask...

Indeed. In general, just go to the github and select the green button 'Code'. In the dropdown menu select 'Download zip'.

I've now also made a repository with the version of kokan and my variation. This could probably make the future update process easier for others (no more downloading and installing the zips of the forks). I'm not sure yet if I'll be maintaining it (perhaps if I can automate that process). For now, just a test with the current latest version of both kokan and myself in it. I’ve renamed the addons to ‘NBA League Pass II’ (-> my variation) and ‘NBA League Pass II (kokan)’ and made them version 1.0.2 to prevent confusion with the original from maxgalbu. Both can be installed separately if you want to test. If you know a bit about how this work on kodi, you can easily copy you previous settings to both of the addons.
