Chapter markes are already included. But what are EDL markers for and how to test that feature?

EDL markers are example for commercial breaks in tv recordings. https://kodi.wiki/view/Edit_decision_list
I use VDR as backend and markad plugin automatically marks commercial breaks and Kodi will automatically skip over those when playing recording but it would be nice to see those in video OSD like in Estuary skin.

For now, there is a setting for background brightness in skin settings -> background -> brightness

A setting for blur will also be implemented, i think.

It appears to work well. I personally set blur to zero and brightness high as i like the contrast and text is easier to read. Just personal preference, thank you for the option..

Today I came up with an idea after @gotslack asked about it. I always thought until now that this would not be possible, because the alpha values are set in the color.xml files. I am glad that it finally works
