Hi,

I'm a fan of the original skin and use it for years when Marcel was here.
It seems that this skin is no longer as it was before, so this is the reason I'm still stuck with Kodi 17.6
Because everything is configured as I like, and with all the respect, using one of the mods here requires to set everything from scratch
and not as it was with the original that was needed only to restore the backup and that's all.

Now, some of the addons starts to make problems with Kodi 17.6 so I need to move on to a newer version, so I'm looking for a new skin.

I'm asking you for recommendation of a new skin which is the best and the most similar to Titan customize,
Also a skin that still have support and getting updates.

1) What is the difference between Cartman Bingie mod and your bingie mod?
Is your mod is a skin or just an addon?
2) Is the original of Cartman no longer getting updates? Is only your version getting updates from now?
3) Can I set the classic views and OSD with this mod?
4) Can I restore backups?

EDIT: I installed the Bingie skin, I have already found some issues that are not like the original.
I will post them later in the skin thread.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but is there a way to set the old home screen views? Just my personal preference, but I hate the Netflix style UI and basically anything that involves a lot of side scrolling. I have not been able to find anything I like better, or even close to as much, as the 3x2 tile layout, but it seems as if you've removed that view from your version, or at least the last time I tried loading your version I couldn't find any way to set it for the home screen.

Sorry only the Netflix UI is available in the skin.

That's why i can't use it. Don't like NetFlix UI. I am on the hunt for a new skin too.

Well I guess you could always disable the spotlight just have widgets... two different ways to to that. Yes you can turn off the Netflix logo in the bottom right

Just to mention that currently I have done a lot of work on this classic/original Titan MOD here:

This MOD with all my fixes and additions will give you the same feel as the classic Titan skin as it was in the original when Marcel left it.

I don't know when I'm going to release it, but I hope it will be soon.

Yes, of course.
It is mainly tested on Matrix v19.
Currently I have touched only the skin files and wasn't need yet to change somthing with the helper addons.

And as I said in the other thread, I have made efforts to test as much cases as I can, but it's almost impossible to test all them.
So I hope everything would work well.
