@matthuisman In my country (Netherlands) we were switched from HBO Max to Max a few weeks ago.

I have a "special" subscription that I got when the service started as HBO Max a few years ago where I pay half-price "forever". This subscription was converted to what is now called the "Old Standard" tier.

The regular (new) Standard tier does not include Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos, but my Old Standard tier does. I've checked this in the new blue "Max" app on my Shield and I get Dolby Vision there.

However, with your new addon, I only get 4K in HDR and not Dolby Vision. Also, I need to have the proxy enabled in Slyguy Common, because with the proxy disabled, the highest I get is 1080p.

I tested this with the House of the Dragon TV show.

Any chance this could be fixed?

just pushed slyguy.max -> v0.1.4 which will add the menu items dynamically based on your region which should give you the Paris 2024 entry
Note: live / channels are not fully supported yet. If it works - great

Here in Sweden, ver 0.1.5 does not work... I get different errors. Tried to set all settings to default, uninstall and installed again. Still not working.

And weird if I delete the addon, select "also remove associated settings" (or something similar), when I install the addon again, I am still logged in automatically to Max and problem exist.

Other addons works fine.

I was using the HBO Max add-on a while ago. Now, I've started using Max which seems to work great overall. I use it as a workaround since the Atmos support has been broken in the official app for years on one of my Philips Android TV. I've reported the issue to Max but they don't seem to care. So thank you for that!

The only issue I have is the playback status that doesn't sync with Max. I remember it as an option in the HBO Max add-on but I can't seem to find it in Max. Did I miss something or is it a known limitation?
