Looks like the addon's request for a stream URL is getting denied. Are you running a VPN or proxy?

I use a smart DNS that has worked for years and still works with the NHL.tv addon for kodi. It also works with the browser on my computer for MLB.tv. I don't understand the back end of the addon but I was hoping that since there is a way for my browser to request and be approved for a stream URL, there is something that could be done. It is not exclusive to blacked out games for MLB.tv, when one game gives an error, all MLB games are unwatchable. It will still allow MiLB games to be viewed live. It also is not consistent. I was able to watch the full MLB game last night uninterrupted.

Location spoofing is not supported on this forum. No one else is reporting this issue. If they detect a device is location spoofing, they can block access to all MLB games on that device. MiLB and NHL games or other devices would be irrelevant. A clean install may fix it again, but it may stop again if you continue breaking the terms of service.

Currently running version 2022.10.9 on Leia on a Pi3. Not seeing all the games displayed in the menu, for example yesterdays games have only two listings. Looks like the addon is being updated for matrix and beyond, but is there an update for Leia?

When I try to watch a game, I get to the page where I pick home or away. When it is working correctly, the next screen asks me where I want to start from (beginning, live, etc.)

When it is not working, the start screen is never displayed, and eventually quits with an error.

I had this problem earlier in the year, but it started working again before I had the time to capture the log file.

Any suggestions as to what to do will be appreciated.

NO MLB Radio Audio after 06/24/2024...
Radio feed of all games quit working as of Tuesday, June 25th. Confirmed on KODI 20.5 Nexus and KODI 21.0 Omega with all platforms...Android, Firestick, PC...

Hi, sorry I'm advance, I'm a bit tech.... challenged..

I've been using the MLBtv add on for Kodi this season with zero issues. But suddenly Im getting an "invalid-access.token" notice and I can't watch MLB game, but I can watch the minor league games...which is a wtf moment for sure.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my password, confirmed my account with MLB is still working...etc..etc....

I am seeing the same "invalid-access.token" error here, running Nexus on a PI4 with current version of the addon. No problems viewing streams from a browser on my PC.

Yup, I can watch via Roku or just my browser, and it only seems to impact MLB games, not highlights or minor league games.

I'm getting an error message of "access-token.invalid" today on all games (both live and archived) on all devices. The MLBTV Androd app still works so I don't think that it's a problem with my account.

MLB unexpectedly retired the old API used by this addon on Thursday July 18, 2024.

Minor league games and Big Inning still work, but no MLB games.

Until this addon is updated for the new API, MLB games are working in this new project: 378290 (thread)
