Bro it is just ridiculus. You literally post an image of a sentence without the word "collection" to prove there would be the word collection. This is not about the mod being too complicated for me. It is about you being high or something. I'm perfectly able to use this Mod. I was just investigating and facing a maintainer who does not know his own software. Thats basically it.

Edit: Btw it is still impossible to install the colorpicker as Kodi identifies it as invalid. I don't know how high you were when you packed it..

The maintainer has a life and does this on free time. Everyone else can follow simple follow simple instructions

@AchillesPunks Let's remember not all users are at the same level. And I do agree searching 468 pages for a possible answer is a big ask. Simple questions... simple answers.
If you and other contributors don't want to explain, maybe an index in the first post linking to answers to frequently asked questions might be the way to go?

I mean, at least correct answers would have been totally fine. And not playing bullshit bingo as his lack of understanding gets obvious. But I totally agree. Not all users are on the same level. So as not all "maintainers" are.. I wonder how one would stay respectful in this situation.

This skin is dead obviously. You may find some way how it works with certain options. But you better not expect most options to actually work, you should expect a lot of bugs and not existing maintenance. In fact, the maintainer himself is not even able to tell you if a specific option exists or not. I mean, he tells you sth. but you should better just not believe it. "I cannot remember half of the options that have been removed" - His words. If sth. does not work for you, he will send you a screenshot and tell you it is working as supposed to - or he will tell you he cannot do anything because it is the way kodi works (fullscreen trailer issue*).

That being said. I just switched to Arctic Fuze Alpha. THERE you can see what maintenance looks like. Even though it is alpha, it is much more stable than Bingie. *Fun fact, there is not even a fullscreen trailer issue. Impossible thing after what that Bingie guy tells you.

Looks like the maintainer has been diligent with responses. (his question to you "The skin will not work with banned addons.") was not adequately addressed.

The obvious answer is to maintain the default skin, instead of ripping false narratives and making false accusations. Support is trying to help and I didn't see a log link in the past few pages.

Thanks for the warning but perhaps a good thing to avoid false accusations yourself since I did not do any. In fact I just lost respect in my comments even because all of my conclusions are in fact correct.

Also you stating I wouldn’t have replied to the question about banned mods. Incorrect. I directly listed every mod I‘m using. Go and read again..

I‘m using Plex Kodi Connect (think it is not banned) and Titan Bingie Mod on a fresh and clean Kodi 21.1 on Debian. No other addons.
