I wanted to clarify "Global" settings to help you and other users interested.
Global settings are the default behavior for all channels, it is the base level for all channels... where as advanced channel rules are set per channel and are channel specific.
Not all global settings apply to all channel types. For example, your video demonstrates a smart-playlist; which has a higher hierarchy within rules due to it not only being a path to content; but also contains its own set of sorting rules.
This also applies to dynamic xsp paths. They ought to be exempt from global settings influence, if you see otherwise it maybe a bug and I'd like to be kept updated if this is the case.
In short, Global setting "Sort Method" and "Interleaving set value" should have no influence on a single Smart Playlist as long as it provides its own sorting rules. "Interleaving set value" will only apply to a smart-playlist when a channel uses more than one smart-playlist in its path list. For more information about interleaving see the link below.
