I solved the Hebrew problem myself, edited the RssFeeds.xml and add in the set options:

the rtl code fixed the problem.. also in your addon.xml file I changed the encoding to
encoding="ISO-8859-8"
and in the movies.rss file I added a line <language>he-IL</language>.

Like I said, Now everything is just Perfect!

There is an option to run this script after every media libary update? I want the rss line to be updated for changes witout exiting and entering xbmc..

nope, but the script will run each time you enter the home screen.
maybe that's good enough?

by default xbmc will refresh the rss feed every 30 minutes,
you may want to adjust the 'update interval' in RssFeeds.xml
