Purchasing MCE remotes in the UK

Is there anywhere in the UK still selling mce remotes, not at inflated prices?

are the china fakes on eBay any good?

Grab yourself the cheap MCE generic on fleabay (vrc-1100). It uses a different protocol than the standard MCE one but a small Linux patch allows every button to work as it should. For Windows however you could use EventGhost and expose it as a HID. Program it into your universal remote and your sorted.
