Hi,
I have on question. I want to run two instances of XBMC on one Host.
Why?
I already have a mediacenter / homeserver on a pc in my livingroom. it is connected via HDMI (Picture and Audio) to an Onkyo TX-sr608 Receiver. The receiver is capable of a second audio zone and i want to connect two speakers in my bedroom to it.
What i need is
- a source for playing audio files and internet radio on the second zone, but i don't want to have an extra box running a mediaplayer for that.
- XBMC beeing that second source, so that i can use the same app on our android smartphones for controlling it, that i use for the mediacenter in the living room (the official xbmc android app)
I have the unused integrated audio on my mainboard, so that shouldn't be the problem. I also don't need a working "frontend" (a screen showing xbmc).
Any ideas of how to get something like that working?
Thanx for your ideas, deliarmin
