I am having problems with buffering when streaming HD content. I am sure that the problem is just related to steaming and bandwith and not hardware related as when I download and watch the PC can handle it without a problem. What I don't get is why when I am streaming the diagnostics shows 50fps but when I have downloaded the diagnostic shows 25fps?

I've tried to research this myself and read a bit about fps but can't find the answer as to why it is varying?

If someone can answer or point me to the answer that would be great.

Maybe the deinterlacer is on, several deinterlacers double the fps.
