Hi!
This will be my first HTPC and with be using it with Acer H5360 for strictly watching HD movies and sometime 3D movies.

do you have a 7.1 HD Audio/Video Receiver?
No. I have z-5500 so spdif output on either motherboard or GPU.
you plan on running WIndows or LInux?
windows
you need WiFi Internet?
Yes if I can stream HD movies from my WD NAS otherwise wired is fine too.
you need to stream NetFlix-HD?
No.
you need to play heavy PC games?
No.
you need to do heavy video Ripping jobs?
No
you need to do heavy video Encoding jobs?
No
where's your media stored?
WD NAS and windows 7 share

Frys is having i3-2100 on sale for $79 and I would like to use it if possible.
I will be buying rest of the parts from Amazon (have bunch of $25 gift card to redeem).
I have Harmony one so I would like a way to wake HTPC from sleep with the remote if possible.
