Add VDPAU hardware decoding for HEVC (H.265) videos where supported?

Just read that libvdpau versions 1.0 and 1.1 have been released with HEVC (H.265) decoding support.

VDPAU (Video Decode and Presentation API for Unix) is supported under Linux and BSD, and currently only newer Nvidia Maxwell GTX 750 GPU (GM107) hardware supporting VDPAU Feature Set E and have latest binary device drivers on Linux is supported.

Off-topic: I had even missed that VA-API added HEVC H.265 decode API.

Don't have this hardware for this myself yet and will wait until price drops.
