I wonder wich is the best way to connect to my Lion machine wireless? I am not looking for the easiest way, but the one that delivers the fastest and most stabile connection.

WebDAV has been working great for me for an easy/stable solution, but if you are willing to roll up your sleeves you should go with NFS.
