did i mention almost ..most movies that release are never named as the way you described for xbmc to scan it into the library and

Maybe a media manager may help you, I use Ember.

This is literally the same EXACT setup I use all you need to do in this is Change the sources to match your own.
FYI: I never recommend ANYTHING, unless I use it personally.
This program works on TV Shows as well.
