The little fan on the asus card was too noisy for me, to each there own. I solved this problem by unplugging the fan and propping a quieter 80mm fan next to the card.

OK. I guess I'll take my chances and see how it goes. I'll get the following then:
Silverstone ML03B Black Slim HTPC Case - $85
Antec ATX EarthWatts 430W - $66
Intel Pentium Dual Core G620/2.60GHz/3MB CACHE/LGA1155 - $75
LG H22NS50 SATA 22X - $25.75
Kingston 30G SSD V-Series SATA2 - $69
Corsair 2G 1333MHz DDR3 VS2GB1333D3 - $18
Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 H61 L1155 2x DDR3 SATA2 USB2.0 HD Audio mATX - $70
ASUS PCE-N13 WLAN PCI-Express Low Profile - $38
Gigabyte GT430 OC PCI-E2.0 1GDDR3 DualLink DVI HDMI DSub Fan - $69
Total = $515.75 AUD
Updated to a G620 ($10 less), and the gigabyte GT430.

Ah damn it.
Seems the GT520 is $14 cheaper... Better to go a GT520 over a GT430? Or no?

$10 on a G840 is money well spent in my opinion!
