The little fan on the asus card was too noisy for me, to each there own. I solved this problem by unplugging the fan and propping a quieter 80mm fan next to the card.
OK. I guess I'll take my chances and see how it goes. I'll get the following then:

Seems the GT520 is $14 cheaper... Better to go a GT520 over a GT430? Or no?

They sent me the wrong video card! 
Full height card instead of the Low Profile one.
GV-N430OC-1GI instead of GV-N430OC-1GL.
At least I can build it with the integrated graphics while the replacement is organised!

Yes, yes it does! Easy to make the mistake the way they have it listed on their site though. They only have the name and some details in the display name. The model is in a detailed page AFTER you click the link.
I did my homework...they did not.
They've organised the replacement and will pay postage, so good service despite the mix up.
