Organizing Media, better solution?
#1
I have been spending the past few hours organizing my media to better follow this suggestion from lifehackers tutorial.

\Movies\
—-\MovieTitle\
—— MovieTitle.mkv
—— folder.jpg
—— fanart.jpg
—— movie-trailer.flv
—— title.nfo

\TV Shows\
—- \Show\
—— folder.jpg
—— fanart.jpg
——- \Season\
——— folder.jpg

But its very slow going. Is there any other way to get the media organized without having to do renaming manually?

Ember revisited will create a folder for the movie, rename the files, move them into the folder and even create or download the appropriate metadata files.

So basically, stop what you're doing and use Ember.
Living Room: ASUS Chromebox / OpeneElec 5 / Kodi 14.2
Bedroom: Amazon FireTV Stick / Kodi 14.2
Home Office: Amazon FireTV Stick / Kodi 14.2
Windows Server: Intel Core i3-2100T / 8GB Ram / 48TB / MySQL / StableBit DrivePool on Server 2012 R2 Standard

I ended up trying Ember but it seems to be doing a horrible job at recognizing the movies when they are clearly named correctly. Anyone have any issues with this and have a solution?
