Mac Mini 2011 - Sleep While Playing Audio
#1
When playing music in XBMC, OSX will still abide by the power settings and go to sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity from the keyboard or mouse. However, there are no issues when playing video of any kind (local files or streaming through an add-on such as ESPN, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.). Is anyone experiencing this issue or know of a fix? It first started occurring after upgrading to 10.7.2. I'm currently running Eden nightlies, but the problem originally started while running Dharma.

Is your audio streaming through your hdmi. In this case, the display energy settings will prevail and put the audio to sleep. No way to config other than turn off sleep.
