With tv shows for example it's different... there are much much less tv shows than there are albums so you have banner, logo, cleartart etc. for almost all your shows.
Well I have maybe 75% cdart for my albums however i do see your point in this. They need to be very common album or you should make them yourself (which is really easy)

At the moment there are 3900 cdarts available at fanart.tv so we just need more people adding them.
