Now that there's a fully functional working untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.4.x for the ATV2. I was wondering if I can upgrade to the latest iOS without losing my previous XBMC install and all it's settings? I don't want to have to redo everything from scratch again. Is this possible?
I am currently running ATV2 iOS 4.3.3 jailbreak with XBMC. I have all my libraries, sources, settings the way I like. I'm just scared that if I update to iOS 4.4.x that I'll lose XBMC and all of its settings? Is this true? Or can I simply update and then jailbreak 4.4.x. Will it still leave all my XBMC files and directories intact?
