hi guys, i'm about to pull the trigger on this extremely low budget HTPC but wanted to get some feedback from everyone before i buy. i posted it in the sticky but i don't many people read that anymore and noticed a lot of people starting these kinds of threads. thanks in advanced..if this is the wrong place then feel free to delete this thread.

ram and HDD i already have.

this will be used to play mostly 720p tv show rips as well as some 1080p blue ray rips. if you guys have some comments about the stuff i chose or can recommend me something better for the same prices (or even lower) then please let me know. thanks!

Should work fine.

The only thing I would say is... you will probably be back in less than a year. I have done many of these types of budget builds. I guess if you don't mind the noise and don't mind that it won't be the snappiest machine after a while... then it's not a big deal.

i assume you're talking about the noise from the psu?
