Hi, I'm a little new to this And was wondering what the pop-up about cache means. I've read in a thread somewhere about clearing the cache but can't find it and was wondering if someone could help

You will have a certain amount of memory that the ATV can buffer ahead and save it to the cache. If you pause and it tries to buffer too far ahead and the cache becomes full then it will carry on playing and that pop up will come up. You can change the amount the cache can hold etc by changing it in advancedsettings.xml. Talked a little bit about here http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Adv...network.3E

There's no way to "clear" it. It just lives in RAM and fills and empties as needed for the video that is currently playing. Manually increasing it in advancedsettings.xml probably won't help, since the ATV2 has so little RAM to begin with.

Basically, if the cache is full before it needs to be for smooth playback, that means it can't play the file back fast enough (network connection).
