Thx. I can confirm from the log that the correct info is being passed to your audio driver, which then rejects the format:

You're driver seems to be reporting support in the registry but rejecting it when actually asked if it supports it with the correct information. I would suggest following through on apgood's suggestion above - some receivers suffer from the EIDO bug when handshaking and reporting back their capabilities.
