Maybe, the third ripper might a be charm for you. You can try to rip the same movie with AnyDVD HD 14 days trial version. You can rip it to BD folder or BD ISO. Or better yet, you can simply playback using the original blu-ray disc directly on BD-ROM. You can playback with XBMC "Play Disc" option shown in my screen shot below. You can compare the playback of the original blu-ray disc and AnyDVD HD ripped file. Since both versions is playback using the same XBMC patch, you should have identical video/audio quality.
If you still have the same problem as DVDFab and MakeMKV, you might have driver issue.
