This is starting to be a real pain. Ever since I got up and running awhile back with a fresh install with Oneiric, XBMC always hangs on restrart. I just get dropped to the terminal. The only way to restart is to ssh into it and do

sudo reboot

Then it reboots just fine. XBMC is RC2 and this has been happening since beta 1 (which is the first version I've had installed since the fresh Oneiric setup). Suggestions for fixing this are much appreciated.

same here, shutdown doesn't work too ..

log files don't show a reason ..
