Really sad news about tvcatchup :-(
I always thought, if it's freeview... how are the channels losing any money?

Has anyone noticed any problems with the times in which certain shoes are on. For example, trying to get the FA cup game and it doesn't seem to be showing it. If I go to tvcatchup on my iPad ( not via xbmc ) it's working ok?

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but if you're referring to the issues at the beginning of the football the other night, the problem was that ITV Player collapsed under the strain and everyone came over to TVC meaning that some users were denied access until the traffic eased.

Hopefully this hasn't been mentioned before, and apologies if it has, but although TVCatchup 2.0 with EPG works fine for me, everytime I open it, a window pops up with '1' in the window title, a blank box underneath, and an OK button underneath that. Clicking OK takes you through to the EPG but I'd like this annoying window to not appear.
Anyone seen it and how do I get rid?
I'm on main branch 12.0 Frodo.

This addon is superb. However it's been a bit of a struggle to use reliably since christmas - up to that point I had very little trouble with it. The past couple of weeks in particular it's been virtually unwatchable. Slow to load, lots of freezing, buffering and crashing back out to the epg. I don't have these issues with any other addon.
Atm I'm using the very latest version of tvcatchup, running it on a joggler and was using Eden, then moved to Frodo to see if that would help and since yesterday I'm trying it in XBMC 13 - mad I know! No change for better or worse in any case.
I'm a noob so don't really know where to start looking. Can post a debug log - when I figure out how to do it. Any suggestions in the meantime please?

Strange but welcome. It's been working almost flawlessley since my last post. I haven't done anything to it. I'll post a log if it starts playing up again.

Sorry for the delay in replying, We've had some major works going on at TVC as well as to the back end of the plugin which has probably been causing what you've been seeing. Hopefully most of these issues are behind us now, hence things running smoother.
