Greetings all-
After a few hiccups, I finally have my perfect XBMC set-up... but for one thing: my music library. I am having to scan my music folder to the library on a daily basis. I done some searching but can't seem to find a cause nor a solution, so any guidance would be appreciated.
I am currently running XBMC 12.2 on a Windows 8 HTPC with Ace skin. All media files (movies, tv shows and music) are stored on a WHS 2011 server and connected via SMB to the HTPC. Movies work with zero issues. TV shows work with zero issues. Music works when viewed via the file view but not in Library Mode. I can add them to the Library, switch to Library Mode and some to all of the music is there complete with artwork and artist bios. However, when I come back later that day or the next, the Library is empty and everything must be re-scanned to library.
Again, I've tried to track down an answer but have failed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
