this is a wild guess, but loking at C:\Users\{profile}\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\addon_data\script.xbmc.subtitles\sub_tmp\ it seems that the add-on is unable to extract rar files, since there is a rar file with the subtitles when downloading from legendas.tv or legendasdivx, but the folder named 'extracted' has a file name 'C' with 0 bytes.
hope it helps...

Tried again with other episodes and subtitles sources with my ATV2 but it doesn't work. The add-on can't extract the subtitle. I'm going back to EDEN for the time being. Can't live without subtitles on my ATV!

The problem of "Download Subtitle..." forever, is with 3.9.4. Just rolled back to 3.9.3 and it just works.. (XBMC 12.0 Frodo)
