[Linux][Eden] Change Wireless Settings?
#1
Back in Dharma, to change my network settings I would do
Code:
sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces

I find that in Eden, the setup asked me for my wireless network settings but they have since changed. In /etc/network/interfaces is empty, and I cannot find any documentation anywhere on how to change the wireless network without reinstalling.

Alright I figured it out. Here's how to do it.

In XBMC, go to exit, and choose "Exit"
You are now presented with a login screen for Ubuntu.
At the bottom left there is a dropdown, change it from XBMC to XBMCUbuntu, and log in with your username and password. (username is probably xbmc)
No go to the start > network manager, and add your wireless. It should auto connect from there.
When you are done, LOG OFF, and the log back in under XBMC (not under XBMCUbuntu).
