MediaElch already handles music videos (aka concerts).
SOME users might want to share the same artwork with their music collections, but others might not, which is why things can get a little complicated trying to merge the two.
And remember, music artwork isn't just about artists... you can have per album fanart!
For instance, the fanart I may choose to have for my Queen Concert DVD (Music Video) may be a different fanart than in my music collectio, and if I have TWO Queen concert DVDs, I may different fanarts for each concert.
It would be NICE to be to pick up any existing art from your music collection, definitely, but that just add more work to MediaElch to integrate with a music collection as well as videos - so I'd argue that functionality would be further down the line!
