By any chance do you know what settings i need to download IMDB top250? all my movies show zero

What works for me is going into settings, scraper, then custom scraper. Make sure it's set to IMDb for ratings. Exit the settings window then select "Custom Movie Scraper" in the scraper dropdown window.

This works well for the initial scrape, but keeping IMDb ratings up to date is a bit of a hassle in Kodi because the nfo file has to be refreshed to update the MyVideosXX.db. So instead I just use the IMDb Update add-on, which updates the db directly. It has settings to update periodically too. Automatic=better
Note that the add-on will not reflect changes in Mediaelch unless you export your nfo's from kodi. (which is also a good way to update watched status)
