This looks to be simple formatting change to the URL being pulled. My coding knowledge is pretty basic but if no one is looking at this I will see what I can figure out as the change seems to be constant with every URL and not some new randomly generated hash or anything.
Edit: I may have spoken too soon as akamai is acting as a host/proxy for all the videos
