Whats your OS / kodi version / skin ?
Windows 7 and 10 Kodi 15 latest nightly build and Metropolis skin.
I guess it might be related to your skin. You can try asking in the metropolis thread. Here it works flawlessly with madnox. Sorry I can't be more helpful
