25fps movies use 60hz - looks funny. Can I force 50hz?
#1
Title say it all. I have some 25fps content. When I play it in XBMC, hitting O key says that It's running 25fps, but 60hz. It looks quite awful. My GPU drivers list common resolutions at 50hz, and my TV displays it just fine.

So can I force 50hz only when playing 25fps video?

thanks.

Eden stable
Win 7 x64
6670 GPU.

Connected via HDMI to Yamaha AVR, then HDMI to LG 55LE5300 television.

PS - the Codecinfo information shows a "missed: x" with a number that continuously climbs, even when the video is paused. What the heck is this value? I've found information on most of the other things displayed, but not "missed"...

Thanks. Yes I knew of that. I was just hoping there'd be a way to alter the behaviour for that specific framerate.

You can make overrides for adjust refreshrate using advancedsettings.xml: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Use...3Cvideo.3E
