All the news rss feeds I have found have been a list of story titles with limited description of the actual events, which are inferior compared to the TV tickers that have short sentences describing actual events.
So has anybody found a news feed that is the feed that is shown on TV or similar enough to it.

They're not TV tickers or stock tickers.. they're RRS feeds, which show basic titles of subjects with the intention of enticing you into a web visit. There maybe some stock RSS sites, but consider that normally there is a charge for this $$
I find these two useful

http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot

http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/world/us_and_canada/rss.xml

feel free to post more useful RSS sites.
