Hi Everyone...My XBMC setup contains a live tv section that is fed by my HD antenna, and the tv guide add-on where I have manually added strm files to many channels. I realized it would be really cool if I could combine the two by either:

1. Make the antenna channels (I use media portal) somehow accessible via a strm file and then add the strms to tv guide, so tv guide would have streaming media from the web for channels unless a local antenna strm was available

2. Somehow make the "live tv" channel selector through XBMC (media portal server) be able to play strm files for some channels.


Has anyone accomplished something like this?

I think you can add the streams to your MediaPortal setup under iptv, then it should all show under live tv
