We already discussed if this should be added to the original addon - the request was declined, it won't be added... :/
In that case I think you'd have to change the initial sort order. maybe the method as well - I'm not sure.
However - I just tested it and this works:
Change the following line under def _fetch_tvshows_recommended(self, request):
