1. "13x47" will only work with the TVDB scraper (as will having the series appear separated by seasons), the AniDB scraper will treat the series a single season and needs it to be numbered as such.
The custom regexps match against " - XXX - " so would work with the renamed file, but not the original (they can be adapted fairly easily if you want).
2. The scraper takes episode plots and thumbnails from the TVDB, and makes use of a mapping list to match episodes from AniDB to the corresponding ones on the TVDB. For long-running (multi-season on TVDB) ongoing series that means occasionally the mapping will go out of date, with newer episodes not being mapped. If that happens, you just need to bug me to update.
(There should be a relatively easy fix to avoid the need for this, but I've yet to write it.)
