Increase the Delay parameter in the scraper settings for your movie source, that's intended to slow it down. The default value is solely based on my own experience, and is just a measure of the amount of extra busywork the scraper does after each scrape, so the timing can vary from system to system. Too many calls too quick = Ban.

Also, clear the scraper caches, you're probably not still banned but will likely still see the cached ban messages if you don't delete them first.

You should be fine once you get past the initial full scan, and are only adding one or two at a time. Just be wary of big batches.
