That would depend entirely on the media manager. The only one I knew of that used actual XBMC scrapers only worked with pre-Dharma scrapers which were a lot more limited than the current ones (and would therefore not work with the mod).

Of course, I don't pay much attention to media managers, so whether that's still true or not, I don't know.
