In the update from 1.1.1 to 2.0.0 I fixed a typo in the DelayLoop function, which may have in turn sped it up, so the current default value might actually be on the low side.
Although you should only really need the delay on the initial scan, unless you're regularly adding anime movies en masse. One or two at a time shouldn't trigger a ban however quick.
