It works fine tvshows.nfo  is only need if you want to import a lot at once or use a name that does not match anidb exactly vs one show at a time.

For Kara no Kyoukai you need to know what move there is 9 possibilities.

The first 7 movies were released as part of a series titled: Gekijouban Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners
If the move is one of those 7 you need to call the file Gekijouban Kara no Kyoukai The Garden of Sinners S01EXX
XX needs to correspond to the correct move in the series that you want to scrap.

The other two moves you would just call it by its name with s01e01 following it:

Gekijouban Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin - The Garden of Sinners Recalled Out Summer - Extra Chorus

Note that you can not place : in file names and therefore the scrapper may have a problem trying to match up the name because it is not an exact match for anidb. Also because the names are so dam long it can be hard to select the correct one if prompted by the system. Therefore creating a tvshow.nfo file would save you the trouble.
Create a txt file and then take the aid=xxxx part from the url on anidb.net when viewing the series and past that into the content of the txt file. In the case of Gekijouban Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners the appropriate content of the txt file is: aid=4932
Save the file and close it and then rename the file including the extension to tvshow.nfo
