I just built a new HTPC with an i3 3225 and Asus P8H77-I motherboard and I've got everything setup with one issue. The issue that I'm having is with the audio. I can't seem to get WASAPI and Passthrough working.
When I have the Intel HDMI set to WASAPI I don't get any audio (passthrough or system sounds).
When I have the Intel HDMI set to Directsound, I do get system sounds and audio from my movies if I disable DD and DTS passthrough. If I do enable passthrough, I don't get the sounds from my movies.
When I had my ATV2 setup, passthrough was working perfectly and I know that my Denon AVR-2802 does support both DD and DTS.
