I went into Videos and added a share and in that share told the scraper it was concerts.
Now everytime i reboot my box it does a scan and fails because the video files i have in their are nothing todo with concerts.
How do i remove this libary/scraper i dont want it scanning anymore for concerts

Right-click the source and choose "Edit source" (or something like that). You can change the scraper from there.

Context menu © on desired source> Remove source>remove content from path from library>yes
or
Settings>video>clean library
To change content select desired source >(context menu) ©>change content>select scraper>done

so highlight concerts and push C on keyboard then remove sourcE?

Yes and xbmc will ask you "You want to remove all contents in this path from library" and you say yes.
Then just re-add source and select proper content on scraper. Rescan >done
