Solved XBMC version feature inconsitencies

Why is it that the blog states OpenELEC 2.0 with PVR Support in EDEN when wiki states that PVR support only available in FRODO?
So is there PVR support in EDEN or not?
XBMC v16.1 Jarvis, Aeon Nox 5.1.1
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1, CPU: AMD A8-3850 Quad Core Fusion,
MB: ASUS F1A75 V PRO, RAM: 4GB, Video: on board(HDMI), Sound: on board (HDMI),
TV Tuner: Hauppauge HVR-2200

Only in OpenELEC 2.0 release which is based on Eden.

The Eden release found here on xbmc.org don't have PVR

OpenELEC is a distro and distros are free to alter what they release.
