How comes sometimes, after exiting a video stream, and trying to play it again, the core Player offers to resume from the exit time point? And sometimes it doesn't.
Is it possible to skip a video stream manually to a time point?

XBMC will set a resume point provided more than 15 seconds of the video has played, and more than 8% percent of the time remains. (XBMC will also mark the video as watched after 90% of the video has played).
These are all configurable in your advancedsettings.xml (wiki): <ignoresecondsatstart>, <ignorepercentatend>, and <playcountminimumpercent> respectively.

To skip to a specific point in a video, just type in the time code while the video is playing and press enter.
