Updated Gotham branch

- updated firmware

- PVR fixes

I have just tested this version.
- Aspect ratio is OK!
- Audio is offset by about 200-300ms.
- No black screen on any channels

Following bugs is still there:
-If i press up or down in audio settings meny (when watching live tv) xbmc changes channel
-Channel switching with numbers (1,2,3 etc) dosn`t work, when i press a number the meny comes up, but dosn´t change channel.

Also found out that subtitles only works on sdtv channels, not hdtv ( but this is not new, same in other gotham builds)
