I have Ubuntu 12.10 and xbmc 12.0 and an HP MCE remote:
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0471:060c Philips (or NXP) Consumer Infrared Transceiver (HP)
I tried enabling debugging but could not find a keypress for the OK or Back button. The Enter button works, but there is no way to go back.
There is a confusing array of posts about this, most of them involving LIRC which is deprecated.
How can I make the Back and OK buttons work on my HP remote?
